Well being the obvious choice for "Crash Test Dummy", I was first in line for a Donelle make over! In conjunction with a very balance training schedule which consisted of two/three Ludus Magnus training sessions, two gym weight sessions one cardio run and a yoga session a week, Donelle then gave me an eating plan to go with it hand in hand.

Donelle mentioned and emphasised the importance of a balance eating plan, consistant consumption of meals during the day and regularly monitoring of calorie intake!

My goal was to shed fat and build lean muscle mass over a period of 12 weeks. The results for me were fantastic. I feet better, have more energy when I am training and lost 10kgs on the scales. Don't underestimate the power of food when looking at weight loss. It is the key to getting the results you want. Remember a 12 week period in my mind was going to pass me by no matter what I did but I knew the difference in that 12 weeks was what I was prepared to do during that time!

If I have any advise to anyone looking seriously at losing weight and cutting away that unwanted bodyfat it is..........

IT IS NOT WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH, IT IS WHAT YOU DON'T PUT IN YOUR MOUTH THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE.

AFTER: 86.5kg 13% body fat

I went to see Donelle in the hope that she could help me reach my weight loss goal; a goal that many others had tried to help me reach but couldn’t.

Donelle is fantastic I am 8 weeks into my weight loss journey and I have lost 10kgs and believe me, I am sure without Donelle’s help I would have been 10kgs or more heavier by now than where I started. I really am the person that if I can do it anyone can. Before starting with Donelle, I had a really unhealthy relationship with food; whenever I was stressed I would eat, whenever I was happy I would eat, whenever anything was happening in my life I would eat. But now with all of Donelle’s guidance, I don’t have that relationship with food anymore. I eat for a reason but that reason isn’t because of how I am feeling emotionally, it is to eat what my body is needing and it feels so damn good.

If you are serious about getting really sustainable changes and are sick of all the ‘diets’ out there, see Donelle. She listens to what you like to eat and listens to how your feeling and sets meal plans that will work for you and no its not eating rabbit food at all. I am not at my goal yet but I already owe Donelle big time for the happiness and self-esteem I have gained back in this short time of working with her.
