As you may or may not know, eating and eating the correct food is the key to weight loss. A substancial 70% of weight loss comes down to what you put into your mouth, or should I say what you don't!...........

A good balance of protein, carbohydrates and veges along with supplementational product will put you in good steed to being a leaner, healthier you!

Check out some easy to do recipes below that will help you eat correctly but also satisfy those hunger pains.


Mountain Bread Quiche

1 x Mountain Bread
100g Ham
1 Egg
6 Whites
1/4 Cup Spinich
1/4 Onion
Mushroom

Spray a large 6 muffin tray, cut the Mountain Bread into 6 squares and push a peice into each hole creating a quiche type base,
Mix all ingrediants together and pour into the cases, cook for 10-15 Minutes and remove from the oven
Calories per Muffin - 343cals per 6



Egg White Pancake

6 Egg Whites
1/3 Cup Oats

Mix the above ingrediants together, spray a non stick fry pan and pour in, wait till firm enough to flip, cook lightly on opposite side, remove and use 1 Tbls of Dietex Strawberry Jam to Spread.

Protien Muffins

6 Egg Whites
1 Cup Oats
1 Banana
1 Serve of Banana Muscle Milk or 2 scoops of Whey (choc or banana) nice.
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1tsp Baking Powder
(Optional Add Cinnamon/equal on top to flavour)

Put Oats in a blender and grind into a flour type substance, then combine egg whites then all other ingrediants mix well and pour into Muffin Trays, Makes 10 Muffins.
Enjoy Hot Cold or Freeze!
A simple High Protein healthy alternative to Muffins!



Egg White Wraps!

3 Egg Whites (Per Wrap) 1 egg Optional
Beat and pour the thin layer into a non stick fry pan.

 Cook lightly on both sides, remove from heat and add whatever you want to put in this, Chicken, Veges, Salad etc.
A healthy option and a high protein low carb wrap!
