Losing weight requires discipline in both food intake and training. Unfortunately both these areas I had personal battles with in the past.

Through my training I have shred 37kg and I owe a lot of this weight loss to running, gym training but most importantly to a very structured eating plan.

A lot can change in 3 years. It’s hard to believe that I was 93kg in 2008 but that was how much extra weight I was carrying around.
